GENERAL INFORMATION
These terms and conditions apply to all sales of Bastante Textile products from www.bastantetextile.com to consumers. Bastante Textile can not ensure that all items are available at all times, and several products are made to order only. If the consumer has bought an item that is unavailable, Bastante Textile reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, the consumer will be contacted as soon as possible by Bastante Textile. 

DELIVERY TERMS

Bastante Textile will handle all orders within 2-5 business days. 

Norway
Bastante Textile offers free shipping to mailbox and pickup point within Norway, for home delivery there will be additional shipping costs. Products will be delivered within 3-7 business days from the day Bastante Textile confirms the shipping of the customer's order. 

Made to order
For all made to order products the timing of delivery will be communicated directly to the customer. The timings will vary based on the different made to order products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If the customer would like to return a Bastante Textile product they need to contact us by e-mail at post@bastantetextile.com and we will share the return form for the customer to fill out. Please note that you should always contact us before you ship any product in return. Customers have the right to cancel or return Bastante Textile in stock products within 14 days. All products that are shipped in return need to be delivered back in the exact condition as received and with the original tags and packaging. Bastante Textile does not cover the costs for transportation of returns. 

Please be aware that for all made to order products we do not offer returns or refunds. Made to order products are produced specially for the customer, so it is important that you make sure to order the correct size, color, textile and model. If you have any questions related to our made to order products, do not hesitate to reach out to us - we are more than happy to assist you.  

COMPLAINTS

If the customer would like to share a complaint on products bought from Bastante Textile, we appreciate you contacting us by e-mail at post@bastantetextile.com. Please attach a detailed explanation and picture of the complaint and we will come back to you as soon as possible. It is important that all complaints are addressed within reasonable time. We will always strive to resolve any dispute in a pleasant manner. If this is not possible, the customer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority (Forbrukertilsynet). 

TAXES & DUTIES

Norway
All prices are shown in NOK and therefore include Norwegian VAT of 25%.
