Bastante Textile launched in Oslo, 2022. The brand strives to create timeless and durable garments through a Norwegian value chain. All items are made from high quality surplus textiles, sourced from the Norwegian furniture industry.

The brand was founded by Aud Elin Omholt and Grete Roer, both coming from traditional business backgrounds. Searching for solid and durable blazer jackets responsibly produced, they unlocked the valuable resource of high quality furniture fabrics available in Norway. The result is Bastante Textile.

Bastante Textile takes great pride in building the business on a Norwegian value chain. This would not be possible without our key cooperations partners.

We source all of our high quality textiles from Slettvoll Møbler. The textiles are surplus and left overs from their furniture production located in Stranda, Norway.

All of our garments are produced at Manufacture Oslo, a hub for product development and production located in Oslo, Norway.

Our garments are today exclusively sold at the concept store Eftir, focusing on vintage and circular fashion concepts.
